Haya Real Estate incorporates Jesús Bono as director of Sareb Business Planning and Control

  • Bono provides comprehensive experience in the real estate sector.

Madrid, 10 May 2018. HAYA Real Estate (HAYA RE), company specialized in the provision of management services of financial and real estate assets for financial institutions and institutional funds, has incorporated Jesús Bono as director of Sareb Business Planning and Control.

Integrated in the Wholesale Business Network team, Bono will be responsible for the planning and control of the business process of the more than 44,600 Sareb loans, with an outstanding debt of approximately €22 billion, put under the management of Haya Real Estate.

Among the tasks assigned to this executive role are: analysis of authorised representatives’ portfolios, prioritisation of commercial and management actions regarding Sareb debt, as well as the coordination of the territorial teams and the different commercial areas involved in Sareb debt management.

Bono, who provides comprehensive experience in the real estate sector, joins HAYA RE from Vía Célere, where he has held the post of director of Business Planning and Control since 2016. He also held this same position at Solvia, participating since 2011 in different projects involving high degree of responsibility concerned with territorial coordination and commercial management, and at a later stage in the guiding of the entire business process regarding Banco Sabadell’s real estate agency.

He has a Degree in Business Management and Administration from the University Antonio Nebrija and a Master in Financial Management and Management Control from the Escuela de Postgrado ESTEMA.
