HAYA Real Estate incorporates Jaime Maynau as Key Account Manager for Bankia

• Maynau will report directly to the CEO, Carlos Abad, and will be in charge of the management of the real estate assets that Haya RE manages for the financial entity.
• Jaime Maynau provides comprehensive experience and knowledge in the intermediation of real estate transactions regarding different residential and commercial properties.

HAYA Real Estate (HAYA RE), company specialized in the provision of management services of financial and real estate assets for financial institutions and institutional funds, has incorporated Jaime Maynau as Key Account Manager (KAM) for Bankia.

Reporting directly to the CEO, Carlos Abad, Maynau will be in charge of the management, coordination and commercialisation of Bankia’s real estate portfolio managed by HARYA RE. Among the tasks assigned to this role as KAM are: advice and intermediation in real estate transactions, management of purchase and sales processes, as well as the coordination of the relations between both entities.

HAYA RE renewed last April the contract for the management of all of Bankia's real estate assets that included both the stock of existing assets and the flow of new assets awarded for a minimum period of ten years. In total, the portfolio that will be managed by Maynau affects a total perimeter of 5,400 million euros, which also includes real estate assets from BMN.

Maynau joins HAYA RE from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he held the post of director of the Retail Investment Department. Previously, Jaime headed the Asset Management area of Pradera Management Spain. He has a Degree in Law, and more than two decades of experience in various positions of responsibility, in which he has managed a large number of real estate transactions on different types of assets. Throughout his long career, the new KAM of Bankia in HAYA RE has been responsible for various purchase and sale transactions, investment and valuation of assets, among other activities. He also has extensive knowledge and track record in the development of business plans and in the coordination of due diligence processes.
