Haya Real Estate incorporates Cristina Viñets as its Internal Audit and Standards Compliance Manager
- Cristina Viñets has consolidated experience in the areas of standards compliance and internal auditing.
- Viñets will report directly to the company’s Chairman and will be in charge of minimising the risk of non-compliance of standards and regulations that apply to HAYA RE and its business.
Madrid, 19th of April, 2018. HAYA Real Estate (HAYA RE), the leading Spanish company in secured credit management services and real estate assets, is strengthening its management team by incorporating Cristina Viñets as the manager of the internal audit and standards compliance department.
Reporting directly to the Chairman and heading a team of 15 professionals, Viñets’ goal will be to guarantee the correct implantation and compliance of the standards and regulations that apply to Haya RE and its business, as well as the prevention of money laundering and blocking terrorism funding. Likewise, she will be in charge of the general code of conduct and the criminal liability control system.
The new manager, who will form part of the company’s Executive Committee, has an extensive international career in executive positions within the areas of standards compliance and internal audit in important companies, such as Banco Sabadell or General Electric.
She is a graduate in Business Studies from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, with a Master in Business Management and Administration from the Universidad de Girona; a Master in Quality Management and Planning from the Universidad Abierta de Cataluña and a Specialist Qualification in Prevention in Money Laundering from ACAMS.
