Cajamar and Haya Real Estate put 990 homes up for sale for less than 75,000 euros


  • More than 3,800 properties throughout Spain with discounts of up to 30%
  • Homes, garages and storerooms, as well as commercial premises are offered
  • The majority of the properties are located in the Valencian Region, with 1,830, and Andalusia, with more than 1,170 properties, followed by Murcia, with 350

Madrid, 22 May 2018.. Cajamar and Haya Real Estate launch a campaign throughout Spain with a selection of more than 3,800 properties with discounts of up to 30%. The offer commercial, called ‘Campaña Primavera – Verano’ (Spring Summer Campaign) will keep these discounts until 31 August. More than 990 homes can be bought for less than 75,000 euros.

The properties included in the offer are distributed throughout the national territory and are mainly located in large capital cities, commuter towns and small villages.

By type, homes, garages and storerooms, as well as commercial premises are offered, both new and second hand. Most of the commercial campaign focuses on the Region of Valencia, with more than 1,830, and Andalusia, with more than 1,170, and followed by Murcia with 350 discounted properties. After them, opportunities can also be found in Catalonia, with more than 140 properties, and Madrid, with 90.

Offer of properties in the Region of Valencia

The real estate offer in the Valencian Region is concentrated in the provinces of Valencia and Castellon, with 900 and 540 units on sale, respectively. After them, Alicante has 370 properties with discount.

Among the properties offered in the province of Valencia, we have a flat in the town of Alberic, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whose price has gone from 92,300 euros to 83,900 euros; and in the municipality of Paterna there is a dwelling that is offered now at 89,700 euros, with garage included in the price, from its previous price of 98,600 euros; finally, in the town of Montserrat we have the País Valencià housing development, with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with prices that start from 77,100 euros, from their previous price of 84,900 euros.

In the province of Castellón, in the town of Villafranca del Cid, the Calle Escuelas development stands out with a wide range of garage places whose prices start from 3,400 euros, from their pre-campaign cost of 3,700 euros. And at Chilches beach we have the Calle Cerezo development, with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplex with prices that start from 63,500 euros, with store room included in the price, which previously cost 69,800 euros.

In the province of Alicante, in the municipality of Elche, we have a 3 bedroom flat reduced to 88,700 euros, when its price before the campaign was 97,600 euros. In Monforte del Cid the Torres de Monforte development stands out, with 2 and 3 bedroom homes, with garage and store room included, with prices that start from 76,800 euros, which previously cost 84,500 euros.

Properties located in Andalusia

The offer in Andalusia in concentrated in the province of Almeria, with more than 650 properties, followed by Malaga and Granada, with 370 and 120 offered properties, respectively.

In Almeria we have the Calle Automotor garages development, with parking places from 22 m² and some prices that start from 6,100 euros, when their previous price was 6,700 euros. And in Vícar, 1 bedroom apartment stands out which before the campaign cost 46,400 euros and is now offered for 42,200 euros.

In Málaga, in the town of Antequera, the Casa del Marqués de la Vega development stands out with duplex and apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedrooms, garage and storerooms. The homes have a campaign price that starts from 107,200 euros, with garage included in the price, which previously cost 118,400 euros. In the municipality of Campillos we have the Pablo Ruiz Picasso garages development, with garage places which until 31 August will have prices from 6,700 euros, which used to start at 7,300 euros.

Offers in Murcia

Murcia has more than 350 properties with discounts until 31 August. In the town of Molina de Segura, there is a 3 bedroom flat reduced to 90,000 euros, when its price before the campaign was 111,000 euros. And in the town of Zeneta we have the Juan Carlos I development, and duplex and apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, with prices that start from 45,200 euros, with garage and store room included, which used to start from 50,200 euros.

Discounts in Catalonia

The offer of properties in Catalonia are concentrated in the province of Tarragona, with 125 of the 145 properties offered in this region. In Amposta we have a 4 bedroom house, whose campaign price is 53,900 euros, from the previous price of 59,300 euros. And in the town of Reus there is a 4 bedroom house whose price has been reduced to 229,000 euros from the 254,000 euros is cost before.

Offer of properties in Madrid

The offer of properties in Madrid is concentrated on garage places and storerooms, with 90 properties in the campaign. Among the properties offered, the Calle Pinto garage development stands out, located in the municipality of Getafe. This promotion offers garage places for motorcycles and cars, with prices from 4,300 for motorcycles and 10,800 euros of cars, which were previously 4,700 and 11,800 euros, respectively.

Offer of properties in Castilla y León

The offer of properties in Castilla y León amounts to 60 assets, led by the province of Valladolid with 40. After this, Soria has 14 assets with discount.

Among the properties offered in the province of Valladolid, there is a development located in the town of Cigales offering apartments and duplex with 2 and 3 bedrooms, garage and storerooms. The homes can be purchased from 52,000 euros, from their pre-campaign price starting from 57,400 euros.

In the city of Valladolid we have the Edificio Principal garages development, whose garage spaces available are from 10,800 euros, from their pre-campaign price of 11,900 euros.

With regard to the supply of unique properties, there are commercial premises in the town of Arroyo de la Encomienda which until 31 August will have a price of 72,200 euros, which cost before 79,400 euros.

In the province of Soria the offer focuses on garage spaces, like those in calle Venerable Carabantes, whose price has been reduced to 13,400 euros, while before the Campaign they had a price of 14,700 euros.
