Purpose: To manage the queries raised by users through this form. Depending on the option you choose in the form, the queries may be related to (i) Information on vouchers, (ii) Haya Suppliers, (iii) Professional Services or (iv) Communications.
For these purposes, we inform you that, according to the option you choose, your query will be forwarded to the corresponding departments of Haya that allow its proper management.
Legitimation of the treatment: consent given through the contact form itself.
Data processed: The personal data processed will be those that you provide us with through the form.
Communication of data: we will not transfer your data to third parties, except as provided by law or when we have your express informed consent.
Conservation: Haya will keep your personal data as long as they are necessary to manage the consultations raised through this form as well as the actions derived from them. After this period the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation and other applicable regulations, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor or the competent Public Administrations during the limitation period of the actions that may arise to be subsequently eliminated.
