Cajamar and Haya Real Estate put 1,800 homes for sale for less than 80,000 euros


  • The campaign, called ‘Homes at First Sight’ (‘Viviendas Flechazo’), includes more than 3,700 properties throughout Spain at significant discounts.
  • Homes, garages and storage rooms, commercial premises and industrial warehouses all available.
  • The majority of the properties are located in the Comunitat Valenciana, with 1,757 properties and Andalusia, with more than 840, followed by Murcia, with 750.

Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar and Haya Real Estate are launching a new campaign called ‘Homes at First Sight’, with a selection of over 3,750 properties available at significant discounts, among which there are more than 1,800 properties on offer for less than 80,000 euros.

The commercial offer shall be maintained until this December 31, and includes a selection of properties located mainly in cities, commuter communities and small towns.

The sale includes homes, garages and storage rooms, commercial premises and industrial warehouses, both new and pre-owned. Most of the properties are in the Comunitat Valenciana, with more than 1,750 properties on offer and Andalusia, with around 840, followed by Murcia, with 756 and Catalonia, with over 210 properties.

Offers in the Comunitat Valenciana

The real estate offer in the Comunitat Valenciana is concentrated in the provinces of Valencia and Castellon, with 845 and 584 units on sale, respectively. After them, Alicante has 328 properties with discount.

Among the properties offered in the province of Valencia, we have a duplex in Villalonga, with 2 bedrooms, whose price has gone from 104,600 euros to 93,700 euros. In the municipality of Massanassa there is a new flat with one bedroom that is offered now at 52,500 euros from its previous price of 59,600 euros; and in La Pobla LLarga there is an industrial warehouse which is reduced to 498,000 euros, from the 534,000 it cost before.

In the province of Castellón, in the municipality of Villarreal there is a flat with three bedrooms, located in a residential complex with common areas whose campaign price is 106,000 euros, from its previous price of 116,000 euros. And in the city of Castellón de la Plana there are commercial premises whose price has been reduced to 161,000 euros, from the 225,000 euros it cost before.

And in the province of Alicante, the campaign includes a flat in the municipality of Castell de Guadalest, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms whose price has been reduced to 53,800 euros, from the 60,200 euros it cost before. There are also commercial premises in the municipality of Petrer that are offered now at 22,100 euros, from their previous price of 26,300 euros.

Offer of properties in Andalusia

Andalusia has 840 properties, concentrated mainly in the provinces of Almería, with more than 520 properties, followed by Málaga with 160, and Granada with 119 properties.

In Almería we have a flat in the municipality of Roquetas de Mar with 3 bedrooms, whose price before the campaign was 87,200 euros and now can be purchased for 70,600 euros. In the municipality of Huércal – Overa, there are commercial premises, whose price has been reduced to 91,000 euros, while before the campaign they had a price of 101,000 euros.

In Málaga, in the municipality of Benahavís, there is an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with garage included in the price, located in a residential complex with common areas with pool, whose campaign price is 114,000 euros, from the previous price of 129,000 euros. Also, in the municipality of Torremolinos there are commercial premises, which until 31 December, are reduced to 435,000 euros, when its previous price was 486,000 euros.

And in Granada there is a single family detached home in the municipality of La Zubia, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whose campaign price is 216,000 euros, from the previous price of 250,000 euros. And in the municipality of Monachil there are commercial premises whose price has been reduced to 68,400 euros, when its price before the campaign was 96,400 euros.

Offers in Murcia

Murcia has more than 756 properties, of which 670 are homes, garages and storage rooms, while the remaining are commercial properties.

In the municipality of San Javier there is a flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, whose campaign price is 56,600 euros, from the 66,500 euros it cost before. And in Totana there is a flat with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with garage and storage room included in the price, which previously cost 101,000 euros and that now can be acquired at 83,400 euros. As regards the offer of commercial properties, there are commercial properties in the municipality of Molina de Segura whose price is reduced to 133,000 euros, from the 168,000 euros it cost before.

Discounts in Catalonia

The real estate offer in Catalonia reaches the 210 properties, which are mainly concentrated in the provinces of Tarragona and Barcelona, with 143 and 54 discounted properties, respectively.

In Tarragona there is a 4 bedroom flat in the municipality of Amposta, whose campaign price is 91,200 euros, from its previous price of 113,000 euros. And in the city of Tarragona there are commercial premises whose price is reduced to 33,900 euros, from the 39,300 euros it cost before.

In the municipality of Santa Margarida de Montbui, in the province of Barcelona, there is a 3 bedroom flat which until 31 December is reduced to 65,600 euros, when its previous price was 85,000 euros. Finally, in Mataró there are commercial premises whose price has been reduced to 165,000 euros from the 151,000 euros it cost before.
