Bankia and Haya Real Estate launch a campaign with more than 1,600 homes and 1,400 commercial properties on sale at discounts of up to 40%

Bankia and Haya Real Estate are putting a selection of more than 3,000 properties (1,600 homes and 1,400 commercial properties) on sale across Spain, with prices reduced by up to 40%.

The properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. Both urban and coastal properties are available, all pre-owned.

The commercial offer, called “Viviendas Listillas”, will keep discounted prices until 30 November.

Most of the homes are in Catalonia, with over 455 selected properties. This region is followed by the Valencia Region, with 350 selected properties, followed by Andalusia and Murcia, with over 320 and 240 selected properties, respectively.

Commercial properties

The campaign is completed with more than 1,400 commercial properties, including 225 commercial premises and offices, more than 640 garage spaces and store rooms and over 485 sites at varying stages of development - all available at discounts of up to 40%.

Of the commercial properties, 500 are in the Valencia region, more than 250 in Murcia, more than 220 in Catalonia, and 185 in Andalusia.
