SIMA 2018

Madrid, 29 May 2018. HAYA Real Estate (HAYA RE), the leading Spanish company for secured credit and real estate assets management services, is participating in the next edition of the Madrid International Real Estate Fair (SIMA), where it will present more than 7,000 discounted properties. In general, assets that come from the current campaigns of the company's main clients: Bankia, Cajamar, Liberbank, Sareb and other clients.

The participants will be able to find out, from 31 May to 3 June, about the new developments that Haya RE markets in municipalities near the city of Madrid, such as Alcorcon, Arganda del Rey, Miraflores de la Sierra or Valdemoro and in the province of Toledo. The company has committed to offering real estate in areas close to the capital of the country in view of the increasing demand from the buyers, who opt to move a little away from the capital in search of more competitive prices.

In addition, Haya RE is going to present in fair homes located at several points on the Spanish coast. In particular, these are homes located in the provinces of Castellón, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, Malaga, Huelva and Almería.

The product offer that Haya RE brings to the country's main fair are new and second-hand homes, suitable for young couples seeking their first home, one of the profiles with the greatest presence in the fair, as well as replacement homes. In many cases, this selection is consistent with the support provided by the Housing Plan recently launched by the Ministry of Public Works. In this regard, the company makes available to the visitors those properties from its portfolio that best suit their needs and expectations

As the biggest event of the real estate sector in Spain, Haya is going to present both single-family homes, and flats and duplex, as well as garages and storerooms.

Haya RE is also going to bring to those attending, both professionals and the general public, a selection of non-resident assets that stand out due to the location, typology and the price. At SIMA, Haya RE is going to have various unique properties, such as warehouses in the vicinity of Madrid capital (Alcalá de Henares, Arroyomolinos, Valdemoro and San Fernando de Henares), premises and offices in the localities of Getafe, Parla, Mostoles and Madrid capital, among others. In addition, in town in the mountains like Manzanares el Real, Torrelaguna and Guadalix de la Sierra, Haya RE has land and plots, as well as in the municipalities of Pozuelo de Alarcón, Parla and different places of great appeal for the professional public.

In addition, those attending SIMA who visit the Haya RE stand interested in any of the company's services, may consult with its experts on topics related with the management of secured credits, real estate development, asset management, as well as the Securitization area, a new alternative for funding to entities. This is a great sample of the diversification of a company with multiple business areas.

Juan Carlos Herranz, retail business commercial network director at Haya Real Estate, states that "SIMA is a unique opportunity to have closer contact with our potential customers. The Madrid fair allows us to be within the reach of the buyers, have a more direct relationship with the client, being able to resolve their doubts and uncertainties and help them in making their decisions. It is a unique event to further strengthen our commitment to offering a quality service and the best product for our clients, two of the features of this company and that have enabled us to become a reference in the sector and to be the leader in the business of the servicers in this country."
