Sareb and Haya Real Estate launch the campaign “How much would you pay for this house? Make your offer!” with more than 700 properties

  • This new campaign includes more than 210 homes, 460 garage spaces and storage units and more than 30 commercial properties.
  • Of the selected properties on campaign, more than 290 are in the Valencia region, 175 in Catalonia and 120 in Andalusia.

Sareb and Haya Real Estate have put a selection of over 700 properties on sale across Spain. Of the selected properties on sale, more than 210 are homes, 460 are garage spaces and storage units, and 30 are commercial premises and offices.

Most of the properties included in the campaign are located in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. As regards the type of property, both urban and coastal properties are on offer, both new and pre-owned.

The offer, commercially called “How much would you pay for this house? Make your offer!” has been made jointly with Haya Real Estate, one of the companies managing Sareb’s real estate assets. In this campaign, interested customers can visit the properties and make their offers until 28 November. In addition, properties must be duly registered before a Notary Public before 31 December 2018.

Of the selected properties on campaign, more than 290 are in the Valencia region, 175 in Catalonia and 120 in Andalusia.

Offers in the Valencia region

The real estate offer in the Valencia region is concentrated in the provinces of Valencia and Alicante, with 175 and 110 units on sale, respectively.

Among the properties offered in the province of Valencia, there is Edificio Falquia, located in the municipality of Alcàntera de Xúquer, with homes of 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, at discounted prices starting from 33,800 euros, with storage unit included in the price. In the municipality of Alginet we find Edificio Habitatge Alginet, with homes of 1-3 bedrooms from 72,250 euros, with garage space included in the price.

Among the properties offered in Alicante we find Edificio Villena, located in this municipality, with homes of 2-4 bedrooms with prices starting from 54,100 euros, with garage space and storage units included in the price, depending on the property.

Offers in Catalonia

The real estate offer in Catalonia is concentrated in the provinces of Barcelona and Girona, with 115 and 50 units on sale, respectively.

In Barcelona there is a development that offers garage spaces located in Barberà del Vallés, with prices starting from 1,100 euros. As regards homes, there is Edificio Francesc Moragas, located in Calella, with flats and duplexes with 2-4 bedrooms, with prices starting from 107,440 euros.

In Girona we have the Passapera garage development located in the municipality of Lloret de Mar, with garage spaces from 7,200 euros.

Offers in Andalusia

The offer in Andalusia is focused in the provinces of Granada, Cádiz and Jaén, with 30 properties each.

In Granada there is the Bola de Oro Mónaco garage development, located in the capital, with garage spaces from10,275 euros.

In the province of Cádiz we have group of garage spaces in Edificio Calle Ana Parrilla, in Jerez de la Frontera, with garage spaces from 6,900 euros.

And, finally, in the province of Jaén we find a retail space located in the capital, with a price of 254,250 and a surface of more than 400m2.
