Liberbank and Haya Real Estate launch “the Sales campaign”, with discounts of up to 40% in more than 2,200 properties

Liberbank and Haya Real Estate have launched “the Sales campaign”, a selection of more than 2,200 properties on sale with discounts of up to 40%, of which more than 780 are homes that can be acquired for less than 70,000 euros, this offer being further completed with garage spaces and storerooms.

The properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. The offer is concentrated on properties for residential use, including homes –more than the 50% of the offer-, this offer being further completed with garage spaces and storerooms.

Most of the properties are in Castile-La Mancha, where more than 1,600 properties are on offer, while Cantabria has more than 120.

Offer of properties on sale

Among the properties offered in Castile – La Mancha, 1,100 are located in the province of Toledo; 330 in Ciudad Real and 100 in Albacete. These provinces are followed by Cuenca, with more than 40 selected properties, and Guadalajara with 30 properties.

The offer in Cantabria is concentrated in the city of Santander, with 30 properties, the rest of properties being widely distributed throughout the territory.
