Haya Real Estate launches a specialized website to market commercial properties

  • It consists of a digital platform for the marketing of real estate assets to professionals
  • The new portal contains more than 13,900 properties. The bulk is in Castile – La Mancha, with more than 4,900 assets, followed by the Region of Valencia, with more than 2,600 assets
  • 37% are commercial premises and offices, while 30% represent land in different states of development, followed by works which have been stopped and industrial warehouses, with 23% and 9%, respectively

Haya Real Estate (Haya) has launched the website, a portal specialized in the marketing of commercial properties. Haya puts on this platform for professional investors a diversified offer of more than 13,900 assets of this type, which the company manages for its customers, mainly, Bankia, BBVA, Cajamar, Liberbank and Sareb, in addition to various institutional funds.

Of the more than 13,900 available properties, 37% are commercial premises and offices, while 30% represent land in different states of development: from rural to urban plots, going through scheduled and unscheduled developable land. The new website also has a wide range of works which have been stopped, which represent 23% of the total offer, as well as the industrial warehouses, which represent 9%. All of them can be consulted without having to register on the portal.

At the geographical level, we find a greater concentration of assets in Castilla – La Mancha, a region that concentrates 35% of the total offer with more than 4,900 properties. It is followed by the Region of Valencia, with more than 2,600 assets, while 1,400 assets are offered in Catalonia. After them we find the regions of Andalucía y Madrid with 1,200 and 1,000 assets, respectively.

This composition of the portfolio, for typology and price, makes the offer particularly attractive to those professionals and investors who are looking for a property of this type and who, given their characteristics, require specialized information and care. In this way, those interested have a simple search engine for assets and have the possibility of arranging visits directly to the property that they are interest in.

This is an innovative channel both due to the audience to which it is intended, as well as due to the possibilities that it offers the user: ease of use, speed and excellent customer care. In this regard, in addition to the traditional search for properties, the company highlights the promotional campaigns which it offers together with the entity owner of the assets it manages, with which the interested parties can acquire properties with significant discounts.
