Haya Real Estate incorporates Borja Dávila as Director of the Marketing and Business Development area

Haya Real Estate ("Haya"), a Spanish company leader in the management of debt and real estate assets, has appointed Borja Dávila as the Director of the Marketing and Business Development area.

Under the General Director of Business and Operations, Enrique Dancausa, Borja Dávila will lead this department responsible for the dynamisation and monitoring of the product campaigns launched with its institutional customers, in addition to the management of the call centre of the company and its online strategy, whose website had more than 10 million sessions in 2018.

In this new phase, Borja Dávila will have a specialized team composed of different profiles with extensive experience in the real estate sector, e-commerce, online marketing and launching new initiatives for the business development. In particular, the purpose of the Marketing and Business Development area will be to make available to the entity's institutional customers, as well as to bring to the different actors in the financial and real estate sector, a range of products and services that are adapted to the current needs of the sector, offering innovation and improvement in the management of their assets both at the national and international level.

Graduate in Political Sciences and Sociology by the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Financial Analysis by the Financial Studies Center and Executive Program by Stanford Graduate School of Business, Borja Dávila has long experience in the financial sector. After performing various functions in the Corporate Banking departments of Citigroup and BBVA, in the year 2011 he joined Aktua Soluciones Financieras (currently the Intrum Group), where he held the office of Group Business Development Director – Commercial and M&A Group.
