Bankia and Haya Real Estate launch a campaign with more than 1,500 homes with discounts of up to 40%


  • The homes, all pre-owned, are mainly located in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. As regards the type of property, both urban and coastal properties are on offer.
  • The commercial offer shall be maintained until next 29 March.
  • Among the selected homes, more than 470 are in the Valencia region, 350 in Catalonia, and 280 in Murcia.
  • Of the commercial properties, including commercial premises, offices, land and industrial warehouses, 460 are in the Valencia region, 140 in Catalonia and 90 in Andalusia.

Bankia and Haya Real Estate are putting a selection of more than 1,500 homes and 1,100 commercial properties (commercial premises, offices, land and industrial warehouses) with prices reduced by up to 40%.

The 2,800 properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. Both urban and coastal properties are available, all pre-owned.

The properties on offer in this campaign, commercially called “Fantastic Prices”, will remain at these discounted prices until next 29 March.

Most of the homes are located in the Valencia region, with more than 470 properties, and Catalonia and Murcia, with more than 350 and 280 properties, respectively.

Among the commercial properties, there are 470 commercial premises and offices, 100 industrial warehouses, and more than 530 lands in different states of development. Among them, 460 are in the Valencia region, 140 in Catalonia, and 90 in Andalusia.
