- When we put development projects to investors, our offer covers the entire property development cycle, from site feasibility studies and identifying investors through to marketing the finished properties and follow-up work.
- We make an extra commitment to our projects, offering the possibility of taking a stake in the project of between 10% and 50%.
- National coverage. Haya has 16 offices in different Autonomous Communities. This gives us greater management flexibility and a better understanding of the market, and brings us closer to clients.

- Global servicer provider: This enables us to offer our clients support from our other departments, including the ability to market assets through an extensive commercial network covering the whole of Spain, with annual sales of more than 15,000 properties.
- Exclusive portfolio: We manage over 5,000 urban sites we can use to develop projects alongside different types of investors, and we have close relationships with both foreign and Spanish investors.
- Valuation department: We have our own methodology for assessing qualitative and quantitative demand, enabling us to make a precise assessment of the potential returns from each project.
- Transaction Data: Our property transaction database covers the whole of Spain, giving us the latest information on house prices and market trends for every location.
