Liberbank and Haya Real Estate launch “the Autumn Campaign”, with more than 3,500 properties and discounts of up to 40%, and a rental campaign of more than 1,000 residential properties, commercial premises and industrial warehouses

  • The rental campaign offers a two-month grace period for residential properties, and 3-6-month grace period for garages, commercial premises and industrial warehouses.
  • Both campaigns constitute an offer of more than 4,000 properties located in Castile – La Mancha and more than 100 in Asturias.

Madrid, 07/09/2018. Liberbank and Haya Real Estate have launched “the Autumn campaign”, a selection of more than 3,500 properties on sale with discounts of up to 40%, and more than 1,000 residential properties, commercial premises and industrial warehouses for rent.

The properties selected for these campaigns are located mainly in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. The offer is concentrated on properties for residential use, including homes –more than the 54% of the offer-, garages, storerooms, commercial premises and industrial warehouses.

The properties on sale, commercially called “Autumn Campaign” will remain at these discounted prices until 6 October. On the other hand, the “Rental Campaign” will offer, until 31 October, different grace periods according to the type of property: 2-month grace period for homes and 3-6-month grace period for garages, storerooms, commercial premises and industrial warehouses.

Most of the properties are in Castile-La Mancha, where more than 4,000 properties are on offer, while Extremadura and Asturias have 125 and 100, respectively.

In addition to the grace periods for rentals, Liberbank is offering buyers finance on attractive and competitive terms, including both fixed rate and variable rate loans.

Offer of properties on sale

Among the properties offered in Castile – La Mancha, 2,290 are located in the province of Toledo; 570 in Ciudad Real and 190 in Albacete. These provinces are followed by Cuenca, with more than 140 selected properties, and Guadalajara, with 50 properties.

The offer in Asturias is concentrated in the city Oviedo, with 67 of the 75 selected homes in this region.

Rental Campaign

The rental campaign comprises more than 590 homes and garages and 480 commercial properties and industrial warehouses. These properties are located mainly in Castile-La Mancha, where more than 790 are on offer, Extremadura, with 90, followed by the Communities of Madrid and Cantabria, with 50 properties for rent each.

The website have information on the basic features of all the homes, garages and storerooms included in these campaigns: pictures, location, square feet, price, etc.
