Bankia and Haya Real Estate put 2,000 homes and over 600 commercial properties on sale at discounts of up to 40%


  • The properties are mainly located in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns
  • As regards the type of property, both urban and coastal properties are on offer, all pre-owned

Madrid, 16/05/2018. Bankia is putting a selection of 2,600 properties on sale across Spain, with prices reduced by up to 40%. Of these properties, 2,000 are homes and 600 are commercial properties (mainly land, industrial units, commercial premises, and offices).

The properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in provincial capitals, commuter communities and small towns. Both urban and coastal properties are available, all pre-owned.

The offer, commercially called “Spring Campaign”, has been made jointly with Haya Real Estate, the company managing the bank’s real estate assets. The properties on offer in this campaign will remain at these discounted prices until 30 June.

Most of the homes are in the Valencia region, where more than 600 properties are on offer, and in Catalonia, with over 540 selected properties. These regions are followed by Castile-La Mancha and Andalusia, each with 170 selected properties.

Of the 600 commercial properties offered, there are 360 sites at varying stages of development, 170 commercial premises and offices, and 70 industrial units. Of the commercial properties, 250 are in the Valencia region, 150 in Catalonia and 60 in Castile-La Mancha

Offers in the Valencia region

Among the properties offered in the Valencia region, 460 are located in the province of Valencia, 230 in Alicante and 220 in Castellón.

Among the homes offered in the province of Valencia, we have a two-bedroom flat in Paterna which is reduced to € 26,070 from the € 40,195 it cost before, and a flat in Puzol whose current price is € 53,790 when its previous price was € 71,635.

Among the commercial properties offered in the province of Valencia, we have a shop unit in Manises which until 30 June is reduced to € 168,508, when its previous price was € 211,086. In the municipality of Sagunto we find a land intended for residential purposes that is reduced to € 41,054, when its previous price was € 54,739.

In the province of Alicante there is a semi-detached house located in the municipality of Algorfa, whose current price is € 80,520 from the € 91,531 which it cost previously. In the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, we find a two-bedroom flat, with store room included in the price, reduced to € 51,207 when its previous price was € 72,971. Among the commercial properties in Alicante, we have a shop unit in the city of Alicante which until 30 June is reduced to € 156,000, when its previous price was € 226,243.

In Castellón we can find a two-bedroom apartment in Nules, with store room included in the price, in urbanization with community areas with pool, which is reduced to € 55,220, from the previous price of € 62,731. In Vilafamés there is a three-bedroom flat, with store room and garage included in the price, whose current price is reduced to € 83,375 from the € 92,693 it cost previously. And in Burriana we find a shop unit that can be acquired from € 83,987 when its previous price was € 119,981.

Offers in Catalonia

The real estate offered in Catalonia is concentrated in the provinces of Tarragona, with more than 250 residential properties and 85 commercial properties and Barcelona, with 90 residential properties and 20 commercial properties. These provinces are followed by Girona, with 90 residential properties and 20 commercial properties and Lleida, with 90 residential properties, and 5 commercial properties.

In Tarragona there is a flat in the town of El Vendrell, with garage included in the price, whose price in the campaign is € 79,860, from its previous price of € 108,290. In the municipality of Alcanar there is a two-bedroom detached house reduced to € 70,840 from the € 97,356 it cost before.

Among the commercial properties offered in Tarragona, we find an unscheduled developable land in the municipality of Reus, whose price before the campaign was € 106,555 and which is now reduced to € 79,916. In Cabra del Camp we find an industrial unit reduced to € 106,604 from the € 133,256 that it cost before.

In Barcelona there is a four-bedroom flat located in the municipality of Mataró whose previous price was € 355,637 and that is now reduced to € 253,000. And in the municipality of Manresa we find a two-bedroom flat reduced to € 100,000 from the € 138,546 it cost before.

In the city of Barcelona we find a shop unit which until 30 June is reduced to € 94,551, when its previous price was € 115,562. Finally, in the municipality of Arenys de Mar, there is another shop unit reduced to € 145,483, when its previous price was € 181,854.

Offer in Castile-La Mancha

The offer in Castile- La Mancha is focused in the provinces of Toledo, with 75 residential properties and 15 commercial properties, and Ciudad Real, with 40 residential properties and 35 commercial properties. These provinces are followed by Guadalajara, with 20 residential properties and 5 commercial properties; Cuenca, with 20 residential properties and 2 commercial properties; and Albacete, with 17 residential properties and 4 commercial properties.

In Toledo there is a a href="https://www.haya.es/vivienda-5924973/">flat located in the municipality of Fuensalida, with three bedrooms, whose price in the campaign is € 40,700, from its previous price of € 52,700. And in the town of Villafranca de los Caballeros we find a semi-detached house whose price before the campaign was € 107,363 and that now is reduced to € 93,500. With regard to the commercial properties, there is a plot of land in the municipality of El Viso de San Juan, which until 30 June is reduced to € 37,680, from the € 47,100 it cost before.

In Ciudad Real there is a semi-detached house in the town of Argamasilla de Alba, whose price before the campaign was € 72,941 and is now reduced to € 58,353. In the town of Miguelturra we find a three-bedroom flat, with garage and store room included in the price, reduced to € 67,100, when its previous price was € 76,249. And finally, in Daimiel, we find a scheduled developable land whose price before the campaign was € 22,449, and is now reduced to € 15,714.

Offer in Andalusia

The offer in Andalusia is focused in the province of Almería, with 62 residential properties, followed by Cádiz, with 47 residential properties. With regard to the commercial properties offer, it is focused in Cádiz and Seville, with 7 commercial properties each, followed by Almería with five.

In the province of Almería, in the municipality of Roquetas de Mar, there is a three-bedroom flat, whose price in the campaign is € 47,300, from its previous price of € 63,154. In the town of Turre, there is a three-bedroom flat which has been reduced to € 43,670, when its previous price was € 63,910.

n Cádiz we find a three-bedroom flat in the municipality of Jerez de la Frontera, reduced to € 24,080 from the € 26,755 it cost before. And in Algeciras there is a two-bedroom flat, whose price in the campaign is € 22,950, when its previous price was € 25,500.

With regard to the commercial properties in Andalusia, there is a shop unit in the municipality of Adra (Almería), whose price in the campaign is € 211,270, when its previous price was € 282,108. There is also a shop unit located in the city of Cádiz, whose price has been reduced to € 90,235 from the € 106,497 it cost before.
